Group Learning

- Group learning is the most familiar training delivery mechanism
- It should be used when there are a number of learners all requiring the same training at the same time
- Learner can profit from getting together with their peers and sharing experiences
- Trainers want learners to have the opportunity to hear and experience others points of view
- Usually group learning takes place off site so there are no distractions.

- If training takes place off site then delegates may have some distance to travel
- Some delegates may be uneasy about coming on a course with others. They may differing levels of competence - a training needs analysis may be required
